Narrative:
While landing at lru in my small transport, broadcasting on 122.7 in the pattern, I called 1/4 mi final for 26 full stop. An small aircraft student pilot pulled out on 26 and I almost landed on top of him. I went around on his right. On the next go around to landing, another aircraft pulled out and the same thing happened. Lru has a large flight school of aviation which has 90% foreign students who broadcast their intentions but don't listen for traffic. A tower would help.
