Narrative:
During takeoff with an inexperienced crew the wind picked up a little and I brushed the top fabric of another balloon on takeoff. No damage done to either. Also, vapor pressure on fuel tanks was low due to low ambient temperature. Correction actions: use trained crew, heat pressure tanks in low ambient temperatures, get hot prior to takeoff, and leave more room downwind.

Narrative: DURING TKOF WITH AN INEXPERIENCED CREW THE WIND PICKED UP A LITTLE AND I BRUSHED THE TOP FABRIC OF ANOTHER BALLOON ON TKOF. NO DAMAGE DONE TO EITHER. ALSO, VAPOR PRESSURE ON FUEL TANKS WAS LOW DUE TO LOW AMBIENT TEMP. CORRECTION ACTIONS: USE TRAINED CREW, HEAT PRESSURE TANKS IN LOW AMBIENT TEMPS, GET HOT PRIOR TO TKOF, AND LEAVE MORE ROOM DOWNWIND.
