High speed reject initiated by me at approximately 110 knots. Takeoff warning horn; takeoff configuration EICAS observed. First officer later stated he saw the main cargo door light illuminated. Safely exited the runway and returned to ramp.pressure door in main cargo door determined to be out of rig. Cargo door latches determined to be sound and secure. MEL applied and flight resumed. Second leg operational flight for new hire first officer. He did a great job throughout evolution and contributed significant support both procedurally and knowledge based.
