Narrative:

The mcguire VOR has been out of service now for 2 yrs that I know of. This VOR is located at the dayton general south airport in dayton, oh. The nos still keeps publishing this VOR on its charts and approach plates. It seems to me that the facility should either be repaired or taken out of service completely. One of these days someone will fail to get the NOTAM on this and try using it. It could cause an accident.

Narrative: THE MCGUIRE VOR HAS BEEN OUT OF SERVICE NOW FOR 2 YRS THAT I KNOW OF. THIS VOR IS LOCATED AT THE DAYTON GENERAL SOUTH ARPT IN DAYTON, OH. THE NOS STILL KEEPS PUBLISHING THIS VOR ON ITS CHARTS AND APCH PLATES. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THE FAC SHOULD EITHER BE REPAIRED OR TAKEN OUT OF SERVICE COMPLETELY. ONE OF THESE DAYS SOMEONE WILL FAIL TO GET THE NOTAM ON THIS AND TRY USING IT. IT COULD CAUSE AN ACCIDENT.
