Narrative:

I was working R5; and cleared aircraft X for the RNAV Z runway 22 approach to homer. I noticed the aircraft fly through the final and tried to broadcast to him. I then called homer radio and had them climb the aircraft immediately to 080 and assign the aircraft a heading of 240 for terrain. Later aircraft X called and said he was flying the RNAV Y runway 22 approach into homer. The weather came down at homer and turned to IFR. He subsequently went in on the localizer DME runway.
