Narrative:

The taxiway diagram for slc (page 10-9) was just updated according to its legend; but the diagram for taxiway H near H11 is wrong. The chart shows that H is a straight taxiway; but they did some construction recently (last six months) and hotel now has a fairly significant 'kink' in it heading north; the entire taxiway probably shifts about 50 to 80 ft to the east just past H11. Not a huge deal; but it is a fairly big deviation between chart and reality and considering that the chart was literally just updated a few days ago according to its legend; someone dropped the ball and this needs to be revisited and updated again to actually reflect the changes that the construction at the north end of hotel introduced.

Title: SLC Airport Diagram Taxiway G is closed north of Taxiway V. Taxiway H also shifted west; north of Taxiway H11. Current NOTAMs do not reflect Taxiway G and Taxiway H changes.
