Narrative:

This is is to bring up a concern about runway/taxiway lighting on runway 35 in phl. Since the new construction was done around taxiway H and runway 35; at night there now appears to be new and bright in-ground taxiway lead in [lead off] lights from runway 17 to H. When you are on the visual to 35 there are two bright taxiway lights; or a cluster of lights that look like two headlights spaced far enough apart and of the same brightness to appear like a vehicle is on the runway facing the approach end. I would like to suggest to phl that they either remove or adjust the angle of the light output so it does not look like a vehicle is on the runway. I have not seen this issue at any other airport; so I would assume it can be fixed.
