Narrative:

These passengers are frequent flyers. They have a commercial business which they use our airline to do their business; the problem is they try to manipulate and overpass security trying to take more weight and bags that they are allowed to do. Today in a very particular case they used another passenger to take more bags; needless to say they did not know this person; they manipulated; lied and took advantage of another passenger convincing him to take a bag that belonged to them. They already had a personal item and bag that is why they tried to fool security; passengers were de-planed due to other passenger and captain discomfort inside the plane. Be aware that this person has been doing baggage claims in the united states sending bags and opening claims as if the bags where lost; this situation has been repetitive and really troublesome.
