Narrative:

Yesterday afternoon I was pulled aside by my supervisor and I was told that I did a great job with a high volume weather situation. I am not certain which session [the supervisor] was referring to or which position I was assigned to at the time of the compliment. [The supervisor] did mention that there may have been some aircraft to which I did not issue weather and this is the reason for my report. Our building and our controllers are currently under extreme scrutiny for recent weather events where a flight attendant was injured when a few controllers neglected to issue weather. I always strive to issue as much weather information and course guidance to every pilot and have done so my entire career. I was not given any further information about who I may not have told or when that occurred but I feel that I should at least file a report because I was informed that I may not have done something that I always strive so hard to do.I could not really recommend that I change what I am doing because I always try to do what is required and then go above and beyond to do as much as I can to guide airplanes safely as I have done my entire career. If someone did not get the weather issued to them on my watch it was simply a mistake or an oversight due to complexity. I always separate airplanes first and then provide as many additional services as my time and attention can afford.
