Narrative:

On 2/tue/90, while repositioning to south parking (XA25 am), I was taxiing south to xx ramp and seeing the bright hallogen lights, slowed to enter parking, being as it was dark and raining, also foggy, the small low profile aircraft parked south of xx parking, was extremely hard to see at best. I never saw it. Upon entry into parking area my aircraft bumped something that I couldn't identify until exiting the aircraft. Even with the aircraft right next to me, it was impossible to see it from the cockpit.
