Narrative:

During dispatch of a B777 from gate X; dispatch crew was put into extreme danger do to the dispatch of an aircraft in close proximity. The B777 was pushed to its designated pushback spot; when a B737 aircraft was pushed back from Y to the inappropriate pushback spot. The B737 was pushed over to a to make room for another pushback on Z; an A320. The decision to push Y over to a to get the on time departure on Z put X dispatch crew within approximately 30 feet to the rear of a B737 with running engines. Gate X crew was severely jet blasted and pushback driver had only a little space to maneuver the pushback tractor out from between the B777 and B737.
