Narrative:

After the plane was loaded; it was noticeably tail low and the aircraft nose wheel strut was fully extended. Flight crew had load crew stand in the front of the plane while the aft was offloaded and the can in question reweighed. The can returned weighed properly and was found 1;000 lbs different than was originally stated to crew. Aircraft was offloaded and swapped zone 3 with the heavy misweighed can from zone 8. Zone 2 and 9 remained unchanged and cg was within limits.the aircraft was noticeably tail low and the aircraft nose wheel strut was fully extended.the correct information was not given to crew about weight of can.

Narrative: After the plane was loaded; it was noticeably tail low and the aircraft nose wheel strut was fully extended.
