Narrative:

I was returning to pdk 5 mi out. Controller failed to acknowledge my xmissions. I had to call 4 times while I was waiting for acknowledgement. Controller cleared 2 aircraft to land, both were behind me. He was confused in my opinion, he started telling people to identify. He monopolized the frequency trying to identification my plane. Finally I got through and he sent me south to enter downwind. I entered the traffic pattern at the 45 and told the controller I was in downwind and to call my traffic. When my traffic passed my wing, I started my turn to base and the controller told me to extend my downwind. I told him I would reenter a downwind. He said he would call my base. After what seemed to be an extremely extended downwind, I called him again that I was still extended. He cleared me to land. I had heard him clear an light transport to my runway. I thought the light transport was way behind me as I was about 1 mi final. I couldn't get onto frequency to ask if he wanted me to move over. The light transport started a go around. He was right on top of me. The controller asked me to acknowledge cleared for runway 20R. I said I would move over to runway 20R and was cleared to land. I think this controller is a trainee, and I can understand his getting confused from time to time, but today was dangerous. He may have instructed me to land runway 20R, but he never told me to move over! I don't remember hearing my call sign to runway 20R, but it may have been possible. All I remember was a disorganized controller. This controller has a problem with his pronunciation of words and is very hard to understand.

Narrative: I WAS RETURNING TO PDK 5 MI OUT. CTLR FAILED TO ACKNOWLEDGE MY XMISSIONS. I HAD TO CALL 4 TIMES WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. CTLR CLRED 2 ACFT TO LAND, BOTH WERE BEHIND ME. HE WAS CONFUSED IN MY OPINION, HE STARTED TELLING PEOPLE TO IDENT. HE MONOPOLIZED THE FREQ TRYING TO ID MY PLANE. FINALLY I GOT THROUGH AND HE SENT ME S TO ENTER DOWNWIND. I ENTERED THE TFC PATTERN AT THE 45 AND TOLD THE CTLR I WAS IN DOWNWIND AND TO CALL MY TFC. WHEN MY TFC PASSED MY WING, I STARTED MY TURN TO BASE AND THE CTLR TOLD ME TO EXTEND MY DOWNWIND. I TOLD HIM I WOULD REENTER A DOWNWIND. HE SAID HE WOULD CALL MY BASE. AFTER WHAT SEEMED TO BE AN EXTREMELY EXTENDED DOWNWIND, I CALLED HIM AGAIN THAT I WAS STILL EXTENDED. HE CLRED ME TO LAND. I HAD HEARD HIM CLEAR AN LTT TO MY RWY. I THOUGHT THE LTT WAS WAY BEHIND ME AS I WAS ABOUT 1 MI FINAL. I COULDN'T GET ONTO FREQ TO ASK IF HE WANTED ME TO MOVE OVER. THE LTT STARTED A GO AROUND. HE WAS RIGHT ON TOP OF ME. THE CTLR ASKED ME TO ACKNOWLEDGE CLRED FOR RWY 20R. I SAID I WOULD MOVE OVER TO RWY 20R AND WAS CLRED TO LAND. I THINK THIS CTLR IS A TRAINEE, AND I CAN UNDERSTAND HIS GETTING CONFUSED FROM TIME TO TIME, BUT TODAY WAS DANGEROUS. HE MAY HAVE INSTRUCTED ME TO LAND RWY 20R, BUT HE NEVER TOLD ME TO MOVE OVER! I DON'T REMEMBER HEARING MY CALL SIGN TO RWY 20R, BUT IT MAY HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE. ALL I REMEMBER WAS A DISORGANIZED CTLR. THIS CTLR HAS A PROBLEM WITH HIS PRONUNCIATION OF WORDS AND IS VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND.
