Narrative:
The captain was flying when cleared for the visual approach. Around the outer marker; the captain was so low that the tower issued low altitude alert to our flight. The captain made an adjustment and our flight continued on without incident to a normal landing. Fly the visual approach and back it up with the instrument approach.

Title: B737 First Officer reported his Captain being very low at the outer marker. The Tower issued a low altitude alert and the Captain made the adjustment and continued to land.
