Narrative:

We were cleared to land on runway 4R from a visibility approach. The tower pointed out and we acknowledged traffic on left base landing runway 4L. We stayed to the right of the runway 4R centerline. The landing 4L overshot his runway and rolled out on final for runway 4R ahead, slightly higher, and slightly left of us. We initiated a go around and advised the tower. The controller asked if we needed assistance and we advised him of the aircraft landing on our runway. We made right traffic and landed on runway 4R. The small aircraft had landed on the wrong runway.
