Narrative:

I was nwbnd on V19. Center reported traffic 11 O'clock X mi 10,300' eastbound. I spotted the traffic closing fast and was able to make a minor deviation to the left. However, proximity of aircraft may have been within 500'. Center stated that the other aircraft was squawking VFR and had only targeted once prior to his call. The other aircraft was not in contact with center and I don't believe he ever saw me because he did not appear to deviate at all as he descended through my altitude and in front of me.
