Narrative:
An small aircraft departed runway 14, had a loss of oil pressure and asked to return to land, no assistance necessary. 3 mi north of the e-w runway 14, on a vector to the ILS, the pilot requested a vector to a runway as he was not going to make it to the final approach course. The RVR was 1800', as the pilot knew. I vectored the small aircraft over the runway. His engine stopped, he flew to a landing, finding the runway somehow.
