Narrative:
I performed my postflight walkaround and apparently missed that there was engine blade damage on the number two engine. I totally missed it while doing my postflight and it cancelled the originating flight in the morning because of it. Lighting on the ramp was dark; and even though I had my flashlight with me; I failed to notice this. It came to my attention the next morning how the flight cancelled for something I should have caught the night before.
