Narrative:

Norcal put us on the approach 3 miles behind a 777 with no wind. I slowed as much as I could to stay way behind it and open the gap. However his approach speed was very slow; and I couldn't get back much further that 3.5 miles. We hit his wake at about 100 feet; it was manageable yet rough. Made a nice landing despite flopping around. I had briefed [the first officer] if it got too rough I was going around and reviewed the GA procedure.
