Narrative:

Departed ucd airport VFR to pick up IFR clearance to sfo. Cleared to sfo, radar vectors to join V195 to oak direct sfo, climb and maintain 5000 ft. At 4700 ft travis approach cleared me to descend to 4000, 'heavy mlt traffic 12 O'clock, 4 mi at 5000 ft.' after the traffic passed, cleared again to 5000 ft.

Narrative: DEPARTED UCD ARPT VFR TO PICK UP IFR CLRNC TO SFO. CLRED TO SFO, RADAR VECTORS TO JOIN V195 TO OAK DIRECT SFO, CLB AND MAINTAIN 5000 FT. AT 4700 FT TRAVIS APCH CLRED ME TO DSND TO 4000, 'HVY MLT TFC 12 O'CLOCK, 4 MI AT 5000 FT.' AFTER THE TFC PASSED, CLRED AGAIN TO 5000 FT.
