Narrative:
Spc X was handed off to ZJX by me at sector 26, level at FL220. After I switched aircraft to ZJX, I noticed him descending, still 10 mi inside my airspace. Aircraft descended to FL200.

Narrative: SPC X WAS HANDED OFF TO ZJX BY ME AT SECTOR 26, LEVEL AT FL220. AFTER I SWITCHED ACFT TO ZJX, I NOTICED HIM DSNDING, STILL 10 MI INSIDE MY AIRSPACE. ACFT DSNDED TO FL200.
