Narrative:

Weather clear unlimited visibility. We were on an IFR flight plan being vectored into pwk at 5000ft and 250kts. ATC never warned us of the glider and ATC did not have a primary or secondary target. We did not receive an RA or a TA. The glider moved from our upper right crossing in front of us in a descending left bank. I disengaged the autopilot and banked right about 20 degrees and descended 300ft. The copilot immediately notified ATC. ATC replied that they did not show a target. We then climbed back up to 5000ft and on heading.
