Company airline's flight sea-anc uses another airline's large transport with a maximum landing weight of 150000 pounds. Due to a higher allowable takeoff weight of 185000#, the landing weight on this flight exceeded the maximum by 2100 pounds:152100 pounds vs 150000 pounds. This was overlooked by the flight crew and dispatcher.
