Narrative:
I inherited a military charter that was enroute. After arrival the captain called to let me know that the loading schedule leaving the intermediate station had no payload; freight; bags or passengers. The flight started on the east coast and came to the domicile for new crew; no pax on or off. I called the dispatcher who I took over for when the flight departed.the ops agent at the intermediate stop should use the originating loading schedule for bags/freight weight and location; and passenger weights as long as nobody gets on or off.
