Narrative:
Pre departure clearance indicated route change -FMG7 fmg J92 yerin - at bottom of pre departure clearance verbiage listed 'cleared RENO7 departure J92 yerin.' loaded and flew FMG7. During climbout received an RA. Norcal queried us as to which departure we were given. We responded FMG7. No further comments from norcal other than altitude assignments and headings.confusion on pre departure clearance as to correct departure.bad way to list pre departure clearance information.

Narrative: PDC indicated route change -FMG7 FMG J92 YERIN - at bottom of PDC verbiage listed 'CLEARED RENO7 DEP J92 YERIN.' Loaded and flew FMG7. During climbout received an RA. Norcal queried us as to which departure we were given. We responded FMG7. No further comments from Norcal other than altitude assignments and headings.Confusion on PDC as to correct departure.Bad way to list PDC information.
