Narrative:

Had extension on maintenance inspection thru 10/xx/89. When we landed at +30 local (on 10/xy/89 zulu) maintenance control said we were illegal. However we had been flight planned to arrive right at +00 but met with ATC delays on our 4 hour 16 min (planned) flight that stretched it by 20 mins flight (30 min block).
