Narrative:
After chs, went down J121 northbound vs J165, due to wrong flight plan entered on FMS. Got busy on ground with other problems and did not check route past chs. Supplemental information from acn 126261: due to problems in the launch sequence, the full route was not thoroughly checked on the ground.

Narrative: AFTER CHS, WENT DOWN J121 NBOUND VS J165, DUE TO WRONG FLT PLAN ENTERED ON FMS. GOT BUSY ON GND WITH OTHER PROBS AND DID NOT CHK ROUTE PAST CHS. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 126261: DUE TO PROBS IN THE LAUNCH SEQUENCE, THE FULL ROUTE WAS NOT THOROUGHLY CHKED ON THE GND.
