Narrative:

I was working the arrival sequencing into den and got busy and didn't get aircraft turned onto the final. I was late and entered the 9400 MVA at 8000'. The final sequence at den was out to 20 mi, so I was involved in vectoring for spacing for the final controller and didn't get cga X turned into the final at apa airport. I gave him lost communication, but he was still hearing me talk to other traffic. When I gave him lost communication, he said he wasn't receiving casse (LOM) all that well, but still accepted the lost communication. The sr 2 position was combined.
