Narrative:
En route from norfolk, va, to atlanta. Unable to reach approach control. Finally reached them on a different frequency. By then I was well in TCA. I thought charlotte was an arsa. When checked I had wrong sectional. It would not have happened if I had checked more closely with my out-dated chart or if I could have reached them by radio.
