Narrative:

Taxiing into gate #2 of my airline at the phx sky harbor. Following the yellow lines and under the signals of ground marshallers I was directed to make a 90 degree right turn. During the course of my turn my trailing edge of the elevator struck xx airlines trailing edge of his rudder leaving a dime size hole. He was parked at their gate #2. The yellow lines are designed to provide aircraft clearance but this was not the case.
