Narrative:

At roc on company ramp is where the incident took place. Started taxi out for departure. I did not have a marshaller in view after 120 degrees of left turn on ramp. Taxi path appeared to be clear. (Side windows were obscured by dew). Left wing of our aircraft struck left wing of parked company aircraft causing minor damage to both aircraft. No marshallers were in sight at time of strike. I feel that this incident may have been prevented if I had a marshaller directly in front of the aircraft. I felt that while taxiing, we could not intrude on the ramp space of the next gate. Which belonged to another carrier. (This ramp was clear at the time).
