Narrative:

Rolling out on final about 4000 feet; ILS 28L; disconnected autopilot and fond flight controls to be very heavy. I was PF and I continued to fly but controlling a/c roll required both hands. When turning aircraft to the right control wheel wanted to come back to the left. Pitch control normal and autopilot control normal - landed without incident and wrote up aircraft controls.

Title: When the B737-800 First Officer disconnected the autopilot the aircraft required significant aileron input to correct for a left rolling tendency. They made a safe landing and wrote up the flight control anomaly.
