Narrative:

Air carrier X was cleared for takeoff. As he rolled, an light transport Y crossed at midfield without any clearance. Air carrier X aborted the takeoff approximately 3000' from light transport Y. A pilot deviation was filed on light transport Y. Supplemental information from acn 121628: I misunderstood the location of the runway I was cleared to and was taxiing to runway 35R instead of 35L. As I crossed 35L, I realized I was crossing a runway and expedited crossing. The pilot in the right seat at that point advised me we were taxiing to the wrong runway.
