Narrative:
While in scheduled air carrier service, I am required to keep a record of flight time in physical form so as to allow inspection by company and FAA. Company computers also automatically keep this information on file. Since november, 1986 to present, I may have inadvertently failed to log this time (total monthly, 100 in 30, 30 in 7, etc) in a timely manner, or possibly failed to log this time on the log sheets.
