Narrative:

Cga X was inbound to sjt and cleared short to evile (sjt 102 022) at 8000'. ZFW was working small transport Y at 8000'. ZHU either failed to give cga X sjt frequency, or he did not make the frequency change. Cga X overflew evile and continued for sjt. ZFW called WX, then cga X was about 16 mi out, to see if I was working him. When I said I was not, ZFW told me about small transport Y and asked if I got radio contact with cga X, to descend him as soon as possible. When cga X was at 7 mi, he called me. I descended him to 5000' and asked him for maximum rate of descent. ZFW then called and said small transport Y was in a hard left turn. Cga X passed 1.2 mi and 800' below small transport Y.

Narrative: CGA X WAS INBND TO SJT AND CLRED SHORT TO EVILE (SJT 102 022) AT 8000'. ZFW WAS WORKING SMT Y AT 8000'. ZHU EITHER FAILED TO GIVE CGA X SJT FREQ, OR HE DID NOT MAKE THE FREQ CHANGE. CGA X OVERFLEW EVILE AND CONTINUED FOR SJT. ZFW CALLED WX, THEN CGA X WAS ABOUT 16 MI OUT, TO SEE IF I WAS WORKING HIM. WHEN I SAID I WAS NOT, ZFW TOLD ME ABOUT SMT Y AND ASKED IF I GOT RADIO CONTACT WITH CGA X, TO DSND HIM ASAP. WHEN CGA X WAS AT 7 MI, HE CALLED ME. I DSNDED HIM TO 5000' AND ASKED HIM FOR MAX RATE OF DSCNT. ZFW THEN CALLED AND SAID SMT Y WAS IN A HARD LEFT TURN. CGA X PASSED 1.2 MI AND 800' BELOW SMT Y.
