Narrative:

Delay due to weather. Parked on tarmac for about 30 minutes when the toxic fumes became so strong in the cabin. I called the captain and told him possible tcp fumes. Smelled like burning chemicals and the odor was so strong I put a portable oxygen bottle on because I could not breathe and at that point I became incapacitated to assist in the cabin as a working flight attendant. The captain returned to gate to let passengers and crew off the aircraft. A321 aircraft has bleed air into cabin; mechanical issue. This is maintenance or an engineering problem with the aircraft.
