Narrative:

When I arrived at my destination (cedar key, fl 2000' runway), I landed in the 1ST quarter of runway. The aircraft would not respond to breaking action, roll out was longer than normal, due to brakes and/or extra weight. Upon reaching runway end, I made a left turn off striking a reflector sign with right wing tip. The sign was partially hidden by tall grass and apparently within wings reach from taxiway. Future safety precautions would include not taking extra fuel on similar trip, more detailed brake inspection, more careful taxiing procedures.
