Narrative:

We were on a 757-300 taking off. I'm flying flight attendant 2 and sitting at 4L jumpseat. On takeoff; I felt a loud thud and the galley floor begins banging and vibrating really bad every time we hit turbulence on the climb out it would happen. I contacted the flight deck and told them my concerns and it was basically ignored. I told the other crew what had happened and since there were no bumps happening at this time; they couldn't feel anything.a little later in the flight we were standing in the galley talking and we hit some bumps. Again; the whole floor started vibrating and banging again. The crew looked at me and was like; omg!!! The lead contacted the captain himself and told him what was going on. Again; the captain basically ignored our concerns.we get to our destination and the pilots leave. After everyone deplaned I asked the new captain if our captain had written anything up about our concerns. Negative! We told him and the new crew taking it over what had happened. It was something that obviously happened taking off since the previous flight to that destination was uneventful and this wasn't happening.a maintenance guy was on the plane for some other reason but we told him and he was like; 'the captain probably didn't write it up because if he had and it wasn't something that could be obviously seen; they'd have to pull the plane out of service to find the problem.' he said he'd tell the crew taking over and for them to report it if anything happens on their flight. I'm like; 'are you serious?' does a plane have to go down before you investigate an obvious problem? What if something catastrophic happens on their flight? Nobody would know because it wasn't written up.anyway; we had our three hour sit time and were on our new plane heading back to the previous airport for our layover. The same maintenance guy for some reason was on our plane again and came and told us that when they opened up the cargo on the other plane; bags were everywhere. Something came loose or broke loose in the cargo hold holding the bags and they went flying everywhere. Really????my point for this report is when we have safety concerns about something and report it to the flight deck; they need to take us a little more seriously! This could have been something much more serious and had a far worse outcome..
