Narrative:

After landing; on roll out aircraft brakes locked up and aircraft went over the nose onto its back. I believe the braking was caused by the student in the front seat freezing up and pressing the brakes instinctively. There was no need for brakes as there was plenty of room in front of us. I think he just panicked.
