Narrative:
We arrived at the terminal a little later than usual, which did not give me much time to do all my preflight duties as a second officer. I did what I thought was an expedited, but thorough preflight. After my preflight an FAA inspector ramp-checked the airplane and found a couple minor items which I had missed. I think I would have found these abnormalities if I had not been rushed. The items the FAA discovered would in no way jeopardize the safety of the flight in my opinion, but in the future I shall not let myself feel as pressured to rush myself.
