First officer flying, captain aborted takeoff at 140 KTS due to 'spoiler deploy' light coming on just prior to V-1. Have had 2 prior false 'spoiler deploy' lights come on in this type aircraft. Aircraft may need a system a.D. Abort at high altitude, temperature and gross weight can be disastrous.
