Narrative:

The helicopter was landed on private property with prior permission received, but security personnel were not present. After several orbits to evaluate the landing area, the helicopter terminated its approach as bystanders were positioned at the perimeter of the ball field. A safe landing and departure were executed although security personnel had not arrived.

Title: HELICOPTER LANDS AT STADIUM WITH PRIOR PERMISSION, BUT WITH SECURITY-SAFETY PERSONNEL ABSENT.

Narrative: THE HELI WAS LANDED ON PRIVATE PROPERTY WITH PRIOR PERMISSION RECEIVED, BUT SECURITY PERSONNEL WERE NOT PRESENT. AFTER SEVERAL ORBITS TO EVALUATE THE LNDG AREA, THE HELI TERMINATED ITS APCH AS BYSTANDERS WERE POSITIONED AT THE PERIMETER OF THE BALL FIELD. A SAFE LNDG AND DEP WERE EXECUTED ALTHOUGH SECURITY PERSONNEL HAD NOT ARRIVED.
