Narrative:

During conversation with oak flight center, I experienced right engine failure. Oak center gave me another frequency for emergency assistance. I requested nearest airport which was merced. I then proceeded to same. In turning toward merced I then lost power on the left engine. Neither engine would restart. With both propellers in feather position, I then attempted to land merced. I put the craft down about 3/4 mi from merced airport. My flight had begun on july X to new castle, wy. My return to merced was on the same course. Departing both airports all fuel tanks were filled and checked by me.
