Narrative:

At FL180 we got a master caution light. We also had the number 1 rud iso vlv caution light [and] the number 1 rud hyd caution light. We pulled out the emergency checklist [and] followed the iso vlv checklist. We had approximately 8 quarts of hyd fluid. We declared an emergency and informed the following people of the situation. ATC; dispatch; ops; [and] the flight attendant. We made a zero flap landing; turn off the runway and parked the aircraft on the taxiway. The firemen inspected the aircraft and we were towed to the gate. There were [no] injuries and no damage to the aircraft.
