Narrative:

Aircraft came in the previous night with #2 tank fuel quantity gauge inoperative. This requires load verification via dripsticks and certification on company form xx by 2 people. The tanks were 'dripped' but the certification did not appear on the xx. We were in a slight rush and I was somewhat tired after a busy week and missed the lack of certification on the paperwork.

Narrative: ACFT CAME IN THE PREVIOUS NIGHT WITH #2 TANK FUEL QUANTITY GAUGE INOPERATIVE. THIS REQUIRES LOAD VERIFICATION VIA DRIPSTICKS AND CERTIFICATION ON COMPANY FORM XX BY 2 PEOPLE.
