Narrative:

Approximately ten minutes after take off; we got a master warning light and an emergency dc bus failure indication. The captain declared an emergency and we completed the appropriate QRH checklist. The captain elected to return; and we were cleared for a visual approach. Shortly after; we noticed that we also had a total anti skid braking system failure as well. We requested to side step to the 13;000 foot runway due to the anti skid failure. The captain landed the plane approximately 1;000 pounds overweight and taxied to the gate uneventfully.
