Title: King Air 200 pilot is advised by ATC to check altitude during descent to the first two stepdown fixes on the RNAV Runway 18 at LIT. At LNAV minimums the runway is sighted off to the left and a normal landing ensues. Post flight analysis reveals that the approach may not have been correctly activated and the display scale was too high to detect the error.
