Narrative:

During cruise flight the oil pressure went to zero. [I] turned toward nearest airport. Engine started to lose power. Loss of power continued until engine failure; causing aircraft to land short and to right side of the runway. During roll out horizontal stabilizer hit post. Damage was to tail of aircraft. No injuries to passengers. Problem possibly caused by oil filter adaptor becoming loose.
