Narrative:

Approach control working all positions, on right base we were 'cleared to land runway 31 taxi to parking'. We landed and started taxiing to FBO on northeast side of field. Crossing the threshold of runway 17 I heard a plane 'cleared for takeoff'. I looked to see where the plane was and found him departing on runway 35 toward us. The controller told the departing aircraft that 'I thought the landing traffic (us) was going to FBO #2 on the west side of airport. No evasive action taken. Approach should not have assumed we were going to FBO #2.
