Narrative:
[We had a] normal takeoff (mine) with standard power. Acceleration and liftoff was normal. During climb out CADC #2 fails. Emergency declared and ILS approach was executed via vectors. No ATC deviation or procedural deviation occurred and under maximum landing weight. Normal landing and rollout. As these aircraft age; special attention to electrical and pneumatic connections should be emphasized.
